ABHAYRAB INJ

It's a purified vaccine that contains inactive Rabies Virus. It is used against the prevention of an acute viral disease called Rabies. It is a disease that causes inflammation of the brain and spinal cord in virtually all warm-blooded humans and animals. It can be found in the wild and some domestic animals and it gets transmitted through their saliva to other animals and humans.

A periodic booster is given to those who are in an occupation that puts them at continual or frequent risk of exposure like veterinarians. It is also given to people after an animal bite if the animal could have rabies. 

Side Effects: 

• - Erythema, Pain, Induration ( hardening of the soft tissue of the body) 
• - Mild Fever, Headache, Nausea, Dizziness
• - Pruritus, Oedema.
