  • Avoid overeating: Overeating is always bad, whether it is for normal days or for fasting days. Eating vrat food items doesn’t mean you take that in large quantity. Even if you are eating vrat foods, don’t eat in excessive amount. Break your meals up into little portions and eat them 5-6 times a day instead.
